Return & Refund

At MintPlus, we take utmost care to ensure that all food products are freshly prepared, packed securely, and delivered in the best possible condition. However, due to the nature of food items, we strictly do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances.


1. No Returns / No Refunds / No Exchange

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, replacements, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.
  • Since food products are perishable, we cannot take back or exchange any item for reasons including—taste preference, change of mind, incorrect product ordered, personal dislike, or any similar reason.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product (Exceptional Case)

Although rare, if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, the following conditions apply:

  • A mandatory unboxing video (from the moment the package is being opened, without cuts or edits) must be provided as proof.
  • Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as we cannot validate the issue.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

MintPlus will review the proof and take a decision at its sole discretion. Our decision will be final.


3. Out-of-Stock Situations

If a product is found to be out of stock after you place an order, MintPlus will:

  • Notify you immediately via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
  • Process a refund or offer an alternative solution only for out-of-stock items, as applicable.

This is the only scenario where a refund may be considered.


4. Conditions for Claim Review (Exceptional Cases Only)

Even in rare cases where your claim is reviewed (e.g., damaged product), please note:

  • Products must not be consumed, partly used, or tampered with.
  • Packaging and contents must be retained until the issue is resolved.
  • Claims will not be accepted if the product has been opened or consumed in full or in part.

5. No Return/Exchange on Offers & Promotions

  • NO RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE is applicable on items purchased during discounts, special offers, or promotional campaigns.
  • All promotional sales are final.

6. Shipping Costs for Return (If Applicable)

In exceptional cases where MintPlus may request a return of the product for verification:

  • The shipping/postage charges will be borne by the customer.
  • The shipment must be sent only through registered or trackable courier services.
  • Until MintPlus receives the package, the product remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Final Rights

MintPlus reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject claims based on internal verification
  • Deny refunds or exchanges if the above conditions are not met
  • Make the final decision in any dispute related to product quality, damage, or replacement
